    My name is Sam Parks, and I'm about to embark on a ritual of manhood, and may I say, It's about fucking time. I'm 19 years old and am moving from my dad's house in a Minnesota metro suburb to Minneapolis, where I have been accepted to the U of M as a transfer student from a community college. That said, here are my vital stats:

    That's all you need to know about me, let's discuss the purpose of this site. The house I'll be living in is a dumpy duplex that will be shared with 7 other friends of mine. On this site I plan to document any important or amusing happenings in the house, and maybe even write some good stuff down that I wouldn't otherwise remember in the morning. Why would you read this? You tell me, I'm not outstandingly funny or good-looking, and I can tell you right now that for every party we have there will be a much larger party within walking distance. Actually, don't tell me. I already know. We are, as a whole, the best people in Minneapolis.

    That really didn't do much to prove my point, but you should just trust me on this one, because there's no real way to prove me wrong.    I think the easiest thing for me to do, at least for now, is just to post everything on a 'blog' (the latest). That way I don't have to make a photo album, and I get the added bonus of being called a 'blogger' (that means "douchebag" for those of you who don't know much about computers).
